If you are not satisfied with the ordered product, you can return the product within 30 days. The product must be shipped in its original packaging without damage. Costs for returning the product will be for the account of the consumer.
From our sustainable goal limit we limit transport as much as possible. For this reason we use return costs. This is 10 euros per return. When the product is received in good condition, the amount will be refunded. This is the purchase amount minus the return costs.
The return of a dresser is possible via the return portal. You can then create your own shipping label.
- Go to the return portal
- Fill in your postcode and track & trace number, and create a return label.
- Package the undamaged and unused product in such a way as to avoid damage upon return.
- Paste the return label on your package, remove the shipping label and deliver the commode to a DHL or PostNL drop off point.
