Safe ordering 

Ordering at Babywoods is of course completely safe. Payment is made via the secure connection of Ogone. Your privacy is guaranteed and your data will never end up in the hands of third parties. You choose how you want to pay. Credit card payments are made via a secure credit card transaction 'verified by Visa' MasterCard or Maestro with 3D SecureCode.

Payment methods

You can pay for your online order in different ways:

• iDeal, easily and safely via your own bank (only possible in the Netherlands).

Pay with iDeal

At Babywoods you can pay with iDeal within the Netherlands. Then you pay in your own trusted internet banking environment. You go through the same steps as you are used to with internet banking. The advantage is that the payment with all the details is already ready for you. Easy and according to the same (strict) security requirements of the bank.

You can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. To protect the credit card details, your entire data is sent encrypted via SSL servers. In this way, they are protected against access by third parties. In addition, the Babywoods webshop works with a SecureCode as standard for credit cards. This means extra security for yourself. If you do not have this code, you will automatically be redirected to your own bank. There you can activate the SecureCode once and then complete the order and payment. When paying with a credit card, the card will be charged immediately.

Payment

When placing an order, we always ask you to pay in advance by means of the payment options indicated on the payment page. The order will only be shipped when the payment is received. If the order is cancelled after payment, the order will also be cancelled by Babywoods. Even if Babywoods receives a negative bank advice after an order, the order will be cancelled.

Cancelled items:

We monitor our online assortment continuously and with the utmost care. For the delivery, however, we are dependent on several factors. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases, it happens that during the processing of the order it appears that a product is no longer in stock. In this case, the purchase price of the item, including shipping costs, will be credited to you.
