How our wall-mounted dressings are made
We organize every step of our production, from the purchase of raw materials to the construction of The finished wall-mounted dresser. We constantly refine and improve every detail of our construction. This process allows us to offer a wall-mounted dresser of the highest possible quality. With the smallest footprint to ensure durability.
In view of the factors in material choice, design and development of the product, this wall commode can be called cradle to cradle or durable.
The chest of drawers is really handcrafted and made of certified fast-growing wood.
Proudly made locally in Heiloo
The babywoods wall-mounted chest of drawers also contributes to Dutch society. We are committed to corporate social responsibility.
Of the three models moulds are made.
The moulds create woodwork which is put together like a puzzle piece.
We modelled the moulds to fit in the wood panels.
The patterns are cut with a wood saw for optimal precision and speed, and bundled in individual
"parcels" and sent to the wood workshop department to be built.
The construction of the commode
This is where the commode begins to take shape. Each chest of drawers is carefully assembled using tried and tested techniques.
In contrast to most mass-produced furniture where each part of the furniture is assembled by a different person, our wall-mounted dressers are constructed from start to finish by the same person.
Finishing quality control
The wall-mounted dresser gets a final check to make sure the material is baby friendly.
The chest of drawers will also be checked for construction faults or other irregularities.
The baby furniture will be provided with the Babywoods logo, coating and handle. After which it is carefully packed before shipping. Even the packaging material is produced locally.
"This way, each wall-mounted dresser is unique and made especially for you. "
